Excellent. I followed as directed. For protein I used was Haddock and a dozen large shrimp which were amazing. Awesome flavour. As said in another review the lime and coconut are really nice together. While I did add the jalapeños I will add some additional heat next time for some extra zing.
I made this again but only had fresh lemon-worked really well- I prefer the lime but glad I didn’t make a special trip to get one!

Definitely a keeper. Quick and easy and it holds up to substitutions. I didn’t have all of the ingredients. Used salmon and can of fire roasted tomatoes. Chicken stock instead of fish stock and it was still very good. Will make again!

Fantastic and easy. Had to use nacho style jalapeños (added some cayenne to bring more heat), vegetable stock, and didn’t have cilantro—still turned out great!
