This MUST be done in a stand mixer!!! ... tried to do it by hand because the stand mixer was in the basement and I was limited of space at the time... just wasn’t the same! Still came out delicious- just looked sad, don’t cut corners like I did. Follow the recipe method! I gave 5 stars because it was my fault why the recipe wasn’t perfect. Tasted very similar to the steakhouse’s
