I used extra garlic and 3 bay leaves instead of two. Ii was sure about it at first especially trying something out of my Italian comfort zone, but it came out delicious and my family loved it. Best part is it is quick and easy.

i have had this dish 3 times now its one of my favourite rice dishes its good with
spicy Brazilian coconut chicken.

Not bad. A little on the bland side. Everyone did eat it without complaint though so worth 3 stars. I’ll do red beans and rice next time though.
