Summer is coming! Grilled brats in a pretzel bun, topped with a cool zucchini and apple slaw, and for a little heat, creamy sriracha aioli. Easy meal with tons of flavor!

- 1 bunch green onions (chopped, green and white parts)
- 1 apple (small, sliced thinly)
- 1/2 cup parsley (roughly chopped)
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/3 cup canola oil
- 1 lb. bratwurst (pork)
- 4 brat buns (pretzel)
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. Sriracha sauce

- Wash zucchini and slice thinly with a vegetable peeler to create ribbons
