    This was really good! I didn't have caraway seeds, so I omitted them. I replaced a cup of chicken broth with beer, and I liked the flavor. I added a little extra paprika too. The sauerkraut tasted great, and the bratwurst was tender and juicy. My daughter wouldn't touch it, but my husband and I really enjoyed it.
