Very good. I used red bell pepper instead of green. Next time I’ll cube the potatoes to make them easier to cook.

Since I didn't have brats available and prefer them anyway, I used smoked sausage instead. I wasn't sure what to expect because of the orange juice/soy sauce mix but it was actually really good! It was quite simple to make too.

I made a double portion of the recipe to meet a decent calorie count for my routine it was delicious I cubed the potato and boiled my brats first. Finished it all up in my deep cast iron. It’s a meal that will go into official rotation

Was looking for something different to do with Brats, and I am so happy I found this recipe! Next time I fix it, I plan to smoke my Brats first to give it another flavor profile

Did not like this dish, I think it was the soy sauce. I would not make it again.

The recipe was easy to follow, even for a beginner. My wife enjoyed it and she's not a bratwurst fan. Will definitely cook this again.

My first time making a German dish.. It was fast, easy and very tasty. My husband really loved it. I added a cup of sauerkraut which added a really good flavor... excellent
