- 5 oz. honey (I used orange blossom honey)

- 4 strips orange peel (removed with a potato peeler)

- 1/4 meyer lemon (small)
- 1 pinch salt
- 8 tart shells (optional)
- 1/3 cup heavy whipping cream
- 3 Tbsp. mascarpone cheese (or make your own!)
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/8 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 navel orange
- 1 orange juice (squeeze of)
- 1 lemon juice (squeeze of)
- 1 pinch salt
