Perfect! Absolutely perfect!! At first I was skeptical about using a full head of garlic but it turned out fantastic. (If you don’t have a Dutch oven, now is the time to get one)

So good!! This is a super easy recipe and the short ribs fall off the bone when done. They are so delicious with a lot of rich flavor. I added the onions to beef gravy and served the ribs with spaetzle and roasted asparagus. This is a perfect recipe for company or just on a weekend for yourself and family. I will definitely make this again, so yummy!

Just what I wanted beefy tasting ribs my ribs were very thin so I should have shortened the cooking time but they were still delicious
