- 1 pkg. rice cake (~700g, slices, vacuum packed frozen or dry)
- 1 lb. pork tenderloin (or pork shoulder)
- 5 lb. napa cabbage (yes it looks like a lot, but trust me on this one)
- oil (for sauteing the pork)
- 2 Tbsp. tamari (or soy sauce if gluten intolerance is not an issue)
- 1 tsp. kosher salt
- 3 dashes white pepper (powder, or black pepper if you don't have)
