I made this because I was looking for a recipe like my mother’s braised and baked pork chops with greenpeppers & onions and white rice casserole. She used sweet vermouth and I always loved it. I altered this recipe a bit by using 3 wines: cabernet sauvignon, sweet vermouth and dry vermouth, and served it over jasmine rice. Yum!!!

Really liked this and always looking for new ways for boneless chops. My husband loved the veggies and sauce. Meat was very tender. Will definitely make again!
