Very good. Will make it again. I substituted sweet potatoes for the summer squash and served it over noodles. Perfect made in a tagine.

Turned out very nicely, a little on the heavy side but great for a full belly meal. Kid approved

It was very good and will make it again. We adjusted the recipe to use less onion and added mushrooms.
