- 2 glass noodles (servings of, or tang hoon, soaked and drained)
- 2 Tbsp. cooking oil
- 1 Tbsp. chopped garlic
- 5 prawns (pcs large, trimmed)
- 5 scallops
- 3 sprigs spring onion (cut into sections)
- seafood (Any other, as desired, I used some fake abalone slices)
- 250 mL water
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. oyster sauce
- 1 Tbsp. soya sauce (light)
- 1/2 tsp. soya sauce (dark)
- 1 pinch salt (to taste)
- 1 pinch pepper (to taste)
- shallots (Some fried)
- chillies (Some diced)
