- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 42 oz. beef broth
- 2 heads garlic
- 8 thyme sprigs
- 2 bay leaves

Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- In a very large pan/skillet that can go in the oven, sear short ribs in olive oil
- Add 2/3s of the broth and all the remaining ingredients and bring to a boil
- Put skillet/pan into the oven uncovered. Continuously add broth as it cooks. Cooking time is approximately 2 to 3 hours.
