Nice. used dark muscovado as it was all I had. Daughter said she wanted it again. I did roast potatoes but reckon next time I'll do mash to soak up the juice.

This is the second time I have made this dish - Yummy! I wait until our supermarket has REDUCED the Short Ribs, this makes it a very economical meal
