Made this for my parents along with roasted King Trumpet and "Hen of the Woods" mushrooms and blanched asparagus. My parents both agreed that it was an amazing meal; I'm so glad that I stumbled across this recipe!! Thank you so much for sharing; 10/10 would make/eat again!!
