Description
Farfalle, more commonly known as bow-tie pasta (although farfalle translates to "butterfly" in Italian), are just the right pasta shape for cradling the sauce, which is made by sauteing onion and garlic with ground meat (your choice, including pork, lamb, beef, or some combination). Once the pasta is properly al dente and well drained, its tossed with the sauce along with red cabbage, carrot, and arugula. Sprinkle with sesame seeds, drizzle with olive oil, and serve.
