- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 1/2 cups frozen peas (green beans, asparagus, spinach, or broccoli would be great too)
- 1 pkg. garlic (Boursin, and Fine Herbs cheese)
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1/3 cup sundried tomatoes (sliced)
- 1 Tbsp. fresh dill (or 1 teaspoon dried)
- 1 tsp. lemon pepper seasoning
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup toasted pine nuts

I guess I am not the biggest fan of sun-dried tomatoes. They were too tangy in this pasta. I omitted the dill. Otherwise this was tasty. If I make again, I will leave out the sun-dried tomatoes.

This was really good. I added prosciutto with the garlic. I used quinoa pasta. Will definitely make this again.
