  • 1 cup sugar (confectioners', for coating pan and marshmallows)
  • 1 ounce unflavored gelatin (powdered)
  • 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 cup light corn syrup
  • 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 loaf challah bread (Slice thin)
  • 1 sweet potato
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 2 cups cream
  • 1/4 cup bourbon
  • 1/2 bourbon (and it was good but strong presence - I like, so I would use that again - up to your preference)
