Very simple recipe, will be making again. I added the cornstarch, maybe 1 tbsp, to the liquid mixture before putting in the pan, turned out great. Had it with broccoli on the side, great addition.

It came out very well. I used cognac instead of apple juice (I did not have bourbon on hand). I also added a teaspoon of cornstarch to thicken it up. I brought it up from a simmer to a boil at the very end until it was at the desired consistency.

Turned out great! I used bourbon instead of the juice substitutes and served it with rice, stir fried veggies and steamed broccoli. Husband has requested it for dinner again!

Turned out great. I served over rice with stir fry veggies on the side and it was wonderful.
