Best Salmon recipe we have tried We cut the brown sugar down a little bit just to make sure it wasn’t too sweet turned out great!

We had this dish this week for the first time and it was juicy and delicious. Adding this to our regular rotation. We also went with a dryer Bourbon to cut the sweetness of the brown sugar and honey.

This was good. I had to add water to the pan in the end to deglaze. The sauce had dried up.

Recipe directions was easy to follow and it was hard finding the bourbon flavored in the grocery so I substitute brown sugar bourbon seasoning, and reduce the temperature to 4:15 but other than that the salmon was great. It’s different from the basic way of preparing grilled or bake (salt, pepper, butter, onions...salmon. I recommend it!

Husband loved it. I marinated the salmon in a zip loc bag in the fridge for about 30 minutes, and then baked it. Temped it at 130 degrees, and it was flaky and perfect

Excellent!!! I had a peach bourbon on hand, and it was still good. I will definitely make this again.

Easy & delicious! Definitely will make again... fish was a bit dry but that may have been due to quality of fish or leaving it in too long. Taste was great and I’d baste it even more next time.

delicious! i am the only one who likes salmon in my family, so i really just made it for myself. 😁

delicious and easy! I reduced the black pepper to about a 1/2 tsp and doubled everything else so we would have plenty of sauce. We had some bacon bourbon which worked great. I baked it for a out 25 minutes. Will definitely make again.

It was great. After making it I would recommend cutting back on the pepper just a little bit

Myself and my daughter really enjoyed this. My husband and son didn’t like it because it was sweet. My husband says “Never make a sweet sauce for meat”. I guess it depends on your taste but I thought it was great.

It was wonderful!! The balance of the fish with the marinade was perfect. I will use this recipe as my go to. Thanks!!

Very tasty. Sauce got a bit too brown. Next time I’ll cook the fish a few minutes then I will put the sauce on. Easy recipe. I will make again

Extremely tasty! A great way to eat salmon if you are looking for a sweeter flavor. Make sure you don't forget to put the foil under the fish and cover the pan. The sauce gets stuck hard on the pan when it cools and is hard to get off...

While quick and easy, it seems like a great way to ruin a good fillet. Temp is way to hot for that much sugar. It burned before the first 8minutes were up.
If if you try this, I would lower the temp and try with low cost salmon like farm raised for your first try.
Watch closely!!!

This recipe was amazing! I added some Chef Paul's Blackened Redfish seasoning to the mix as well. Huge hit with my picky husband too:)

Exactly what I was looking for and so fast and easy. I used fresh garlic instead of garlic powder. I would definitely make this again.
