It was great, I added a little smoked paprika to the marinade and one table spoon home made barbecue sauce. Served with marinated wok vegetables and bourbon-lemon-butter rice.

It was ok, good base. I will cut back a bit on the sweetness and add some subtle heat if i try again.

My girlfriend and I ate this and loved it. I'll have to add it to my kitchen hit list when we have guest. the only part that I was forced to change was the lime, I used Adams Latin lime seasoning and i ran out of soy sauce so i did use the 2 tablespoons of the soy and I marinated the salmon for an hour. we enjoyed it with blackeyed peas, pan seared spinach and my bend ya back rice. I will definitely have the lime for next time 😊

Tasted pretty good, though they didnt come out darkly glazed like the ones in the picture. Perhaps adding some cornstarch to the leftover marinade when you cook it would produce the thick rich glaze.

SO SIMPLE & DELICIOUS!! My boyfriend & I loved this dish! We served it with lemon pepper asparagus & fonio. Definitely a staple in our house now

Excellent flavor, very appropriate for salmon. Good balance between sweet and savory. Served it with roasted parmesan asparagus and potatoes au gratin. Very good!!!
