Turned out great. Modified it a bit to add 4 eggs. Will be making it again

My recipe turned out great with lots of praises! I added a half can of mild green Chili's to the dish and one more egg. I will try this again with the addition of broccoli . I also added a sprinkling of salt and pepper and also blotted the moisture away from the potatoes.

It was good. I didn't have any ham, so I substituted breakfast sausage. I'll make it again with whatever meat I have available at the time.

very good. i used 10 eggs and probably double the veggies. took about an hour to cook. will make again.

Fantastic made it for my daughter and my elderly parents who I am isolating with to help out during Covid-19 it was delicious!

Yum! My family doesn't generally eat egg bakes, but they really enjoyed this one! It was a tad runny, but I let it sit a bit longer the 2nd time, it helped. My personal taste enjoyed a bit more salt.
