This was the first time making bouillabaisse, it was great! Flavors were excellent. I strained the broth before adding seafood as it looked in the pictures, it was a good move.

This dish turned out perfect. We used to order this from a quaint little hole in the wall French restaurant here in California before the owner passed on. It took me several years to try and figure out my own recipe. This one helped fill in the missing ingredients. Thank you!
