It was hands down the best prime rib I've ever had! i also made a homemade horseradish sauce to got woth it. I took some creative liberties with the seasonings. But this is definitely the most juicy and tender prine rib I've ever had. Follow the cooking instructions to a T, you will not be disappointed!
