Super juicy but we weren’t a fan of the seasonings. We ended up redoing the same recipe with our own seasonings and it turned out much better 😋

It was super juicy! I just didn’t like the seasonings I felt that it was too much next time I’ll try a more sweet and savory approach.

Made this several times...so easy, so delicious! I like to put a little extra shredded parmesan cheese on top

I have made this five or six times. I usually pour olive oil on top right before roasting. This crisps it up a bit more. It is a good recipe, easy to make. I'm making it again today.

Easy! I didn’t have rosemary so left that out but it was still great! I used a 2.5 lb tenderloin instead. I heated my cast iron to 450 in the oven, added a bit of oil before my tenderloin, tossed in the tenderloin for ten minutes, turned it over and it took about another 15 to finish it off to 145 degrees. The key is definitely the meat thermometer!

Very good. Easy to make. I trimmed all the fat first and I used a meat thermometer. It was moist and the spices were great. I tried it a second time and it was a bit dry. Next time I’ll be sure to trim the the pork loin so it’s an even thickness, because my thermometer said 145 on the thicker part but was much higher in other parts. Also, it was done sooner than it said (about 45 minutes for 3.8 lbs).

I just made this and it was good. My hubby found it to have great flavor. I put it on the rotisserie.

Cook time was spot on, pork came out incredibly tender and juicy. Server it with green beans, even my kids loved this dish. Really simple recipe lead to an easy and happy dinner for my family.

cook time should be about 10 minutes less than indicated in the recipe. I'm a vegetarian, so the best indicator I have to the taste was my family. They all enjoyed it, but the comment re a bit overcooked was heard by a couple of them.
I'll cook it again, but reduce the cooking time. It will be amazing!

Easy to follow, cook time just right for moist finished tenderloin with now raw center.

It was delicious! I put the rub on, wrapped it in foil the day before so it was well seasoned. I added fresh rosemary and thyme before it went into the oven.

I followed the recipe without editing it, and this pork loin came out juicy, tender, and well-seasoned. I'll definitely be making this again.

Absolutely delicious. Will DEFINITELY make again. We coupled it with baked apple and sweet potato. Simply the best.
