- Pat pork dry with paper towel. In small bowl, combine all rub ingredients well and apply to all surfaces of the pork roast. Place roast in a shallow pan and roast in a 350 degrees F. oven for 1 hour (20 minutes per pound), until internal temperature on a meat thermometer reads 145 degrees F. Remove roast from oven; let rest about 10 minutes before slicing to serve.

really good! added red potatoes, celery, onions, and carrots to make a gravy for rice with it. added a few more spices as well! Came out really tender and juicy

Cook time was spot on, pork came out incredibly tender and juicy. Server it with green beans, even my kids loved this dish. Really simple recipe lead to an easy and happy dinner for my family.

cook time should be about 10 minutes less than indicated in the recipe. I'm a vegetarian, so the best indicator I have to the taste was my family. They all enjoyed it, but the comment re a bit overcooked was heard by a couple of them. I'll cook it again, but reduce the cooking time. It will be amazing!

It was delicious! I put the rub on, wrapped it in foil the day before so it was well seasoned. I added fresh rosemary and thyme before it went into the oven.

This rub is delicious. Instead of dried basil, i used fresh. Then, I cooked about 3lbs of pork at 350 for an hour on a cookie sheet, which made the pork perfectly tender.

This turned out really well, and I don’t even like pork that much. I used four small pork loins instead of what the recipe asked for, but it still turned out great! The meat wasn’t dry and it tasted awesome. My family was impressed :)

I made this for dinner and it was delicious. I didn't have any rosemary, so I added extra spices. Will definitely make again. Really have to watch them thermometer, the temp changes quickly once it starts cooking.
