Easy but great! Very versatile sauce that can be used with other meats and sides.

Have made this multiple times and with different sides each time and really enjoy it everytime.

We loved it, turned out great! Garlic sauce was not overpowering, and pork chops came out tender. I had to sear the pork chops in the pan, then finish cooking them in the oven, chops were too thick to cook on the stovetop. Definitely will make this again!

Soooo delicious!! I reduced the pork sear with a sav Blanc and added mushrooms to the onions while sautéing. On a bed of cubed, roasted, seasoned potatoes…a new favorite.

Excellent recipe , I added a little turmeric to the sauce which gave it a rich colour and hint of turmeric flavor complimented the other ingredients

I bought bad cream, but i think if the cream was good, the food would come up great

Excellent! Next time I will use a little less of the crushed pepper but other than that, it was very good

Really tasty didn’t use salt and used milk instead of cream, sauce was likely much runnier because of that but it was still very good. I also like to overseason a bit so I made sure the coating of pepper and paprika on the pork chops was thick. Only reason it’s a 4 not a 5 is because I only put my absolute favorites as 5 star.

We skipped the pork chops the second time & used chicken & shrimp instead. Both ways were delicious! Definitely will make again.
