The pork chops didn’t get enough browning. They were cooked through, but seemed pale and blah. The veggies were fine and well cooked.

Pork was way over cooked and potatoes weren't done. The potatoes should start first and then add chops in the last 10 min or so.

Really simple and easy! Everything turned out well cooked. Pork can dry out easily, but this was moist and delicious.
