- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup tapioca flour
- 4 eggs
- 1 Tbsp. chia seeds
- 2 cloves garlic (peeled)
- 1 inch fresh ginger root (piece, peeled)
- 1 inch turmeric (piece fresh, root, or ¾ tsp turmeric powder)
- 1 tsp. ground coriander
- 1/2 tsp. Himalayan salt (fine, pink, if coarse grind)
- 1/2 tsp. black mustard seeds
- 1/2 tsp. yellow mustard seeds
- 1/2 tsp. nigella seeds
- 1/2 tsp. chillies (powder)
- 1/2 tsp. garam masala
- 1/2 tsp. curry powder
- 1/3 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/4 tsp. cumin seeds
- 2 spring onions (chopped)
- 1 handful fresh coriander (roughly chopped)
- 1/3 cup almond milk
- 2 Tbsp. coconut oil (for frying in)
- 3 Tbsp. ghee (or coconut manna)
- 4 medium tomatoes ((quartered))
- 2 handfuls cherry tomatoes
- 4 mushrooms (large, quartered)
- 1/2 yellow peppers (de-seeded and sliced length ways)
- 1/2 red pepper (de-seeded and sliced length ways)
- 1/2 tsp. nigella seeds
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/4 tsp. black mustard seeds
- 1/4 tsp. cumin seeds
- Himalayan salt (A generous pinch of fine, pink, if coarse grind)
- 4 boiled eggs (hard, peeled and halved)
- 1 handful fresh coriander (roughly chopped)
