I enjoyed this and leftovers were great. I completely forgot to add the lemon and cilantro, but even without them it was good.

Delicious! It did take a lot longer to cook than suggested, but it's a keeper. I added a bit of tomato paste, about 10 or so cashews to the puree, and dried methi leaves along with the cilantro at the end. I also made it vegetarian instead of vegan by using ghee instead of oil, adding some cubed paneer, and maybe about 1/3 cup of milk toward the end.

This was very good! I will definitely make it again. I love how hearty and flavorful it was.

I thought it was very flavorful, and enjoyed it. Had more kick than I expected, but that was ok. It’s something I’d make again, but probably not in my regular rotation.

Absolutely delicious recipe! Reminded me of samosa filling. I used 2 potatoes and 1 sweet potato and it was fantastic. We topped it with raita & crispy tofu. Will definitely make this again!

This dish was tastier than I thought it would be but a bit more spicer than I was prepared for. I'd make it again but it's not something I will likely make that often.

Delicious!!! I did swap the water for vegetable broth (I had some I needed to use) & everyone ate it up! I will definitely make this again!

Tasted great but I should have used less lemon. Maybe half a small one. The cilantro added a lot freshness. It took my potatoes forever to cook. Beyond the stated time. Don’t know why.

It was as good as the same dish I’ve had in Indian restaurants. My whole family enjoyed it.

Amazingly satisfying meal for a chilly night! Wonderfully spiced and very filling. Will definitely make this again.
