This is a great recipe! I did it in the slow cooker high for 4 hours (you can do low for 8) and used almond milk instead of coconut, as that’s all I had. Had amazing flavour (was too watery because of the milk I used, so if you’re subbing, use less milk alternative and maybe some cornstarch to thicken). I just threw all ingredients in the pot and mixed them, no prepping of onions and garlic in a pan.

Delicious!!! Next time I add less salt. I used different cut of beef that’s more tender. It’s all about tenderness to me.
