- 2 green chili pepper (optional, chopped)
- 2 green onions (chopped)
- 1 egg (cooked sunny side up)
- 2 tsp. toasted sesame oil
- 2 Tbsp. oyster sauce
- 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup cheese (Oaxacan, split it into threads: replace with mozzarella or cheddar cheese)
