It’s good and super quick. Great dish to make if you’re in a hurry. The baby bok choy shrinks when cooking. 8 pieces per person is just right, but you’ll have to adjust the recipe to make more. The recipe calls for 4 pieces total.

I think I may have had too much soy sauce for the amount of bok choy. Next time I might try steaming the bok choy in a double boiler and cooking the sauce separately to avoid it getting too limp.

Loved it. I didn’t add the corn starch to reduce calories and it turned out great! I used a cast iron instead of a wok.

Very good. Reasonably easy. Served with fried rice & beef stif fry.
