Family loves this recipe. I quartered, boiled, drained, 5 Tbsp Salted Butter 1 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp pepper, 1/2 teaspoon Parsley & 1/4 teaspoon Thyme. Fried on Med/high heat each side 3/5 mins. Delicious 😋 Served with Sour Cream & Chives.
