- 3/4 cup curly leaf parsley (finely chopped)
- 750 mL burgundy (or other pinot noir)
- 6 thyme sprigs
- 6 parsley (stalks)
- 2 fresh bay leaves
- 2 garlic cloves (unpeeled, smashed)
