- 1/4 cup pomegranate seeds
- 1/4 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 whole lemon (frozen)
- 1 whole kiwi (frozen, skin removed)
- 1/2 cup frozen mango
- 1 Tbsp. chia seeds
- 2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 3/4 cup coconut milk
- 1 tsp. maca powder (or any supplements you like)
- lemon (I use all organic produce, but if you don't have that option then it's most important to use an organic)

- chia seeds (Put the, in last. If you put them at the bottom of the cup then they'll stick and won't blend into your smoothie.)
