Phenomenal it's definitely a dish you could spice up with out loosing the integrity of the dish!

i made this just how it is written. i was a little nervous because i didnt like the sound of raisins with it but couldnt tell they were in it. this was yummy with the lamb. my husband added tabasco sauce and said it gave it more of a kick. it also looked good too which is a plus
