This recipe was very good. I will definately make this again! Just a note to save time: skip the step about boiling the peppers before hand. They will tender up just fine while cooking and uncooked banana peppers are much easier to handle while stuffing. Enjoy!

Really good! I was worried that these would be too spicy, but they were perfect. Be sure to wear gloves when you prepare the peppers.
