- 1/2 cup oat flour (it’s easy – just blend a half-cup of rolled oats in blender or food processor!)
- 1 1/2 cups plain flour
- 1/2 cup caster sugar
- 1 tsp. canela
- 1 tsp. allspice
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 2 bananas (large, ripe)
- 1/4 cup milk (plant, eg soy, almond)
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 handful chopped walnuts
- 1 flax egg (1 Tbsp ground flaxseed mixed with 3 Tbsp water, leave for 10-15 mins)
- 1 cup blueberries
