Pretty easy to make and very tasty. Used milk in the recipe. Added more lemon juice into glaze

These turned out great!! I substituted some vanilla protein powder for some of the flour they are dense and moist! Perfect amount of lemon flavor!

My dough didn’t come together right so I had to form them differently. Usually everything is too sweet for me but this was actually not sweet enough

I followed a lot of the suggestions by Renee. Mixed everything by hand and grated frozen butter which made it super easy to mix with the flour. I used dried blueberries and soaked them in 1/2 cup of boiling water to rehydrate. I've made these a few times, sometimes with the glaze topping and sometimes with just a sprinkle of sugar on top before baking.

Looks good. Mix all by hand, never used a mixer before for scones. Grating frozen butter saves time and is easier. Did add 1/2 lg lemon juice to batter as I didn’t use a glaze. Also, 1/2 cup of berries is more than enough. Chilled cut scones of 15-20 mins while I cleaned up then baked. We will see.

This is by far the best scone recipe I’ve ever made! They came out very soft/flaky and the flavor is amazing! I used 3 tbsp of sugar to make them a little sweeter, my husband and I love them! ❤️
