- 2 medium eggs (room temperature)
- 1/3 cup cheese (pasture raised creme, softened, recommended, Greek yogurt, or coconut cream for dairy free)
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups almond flour (fine)
- 1/4 cup flaxseed meal
- 2 Tbsp. chia seeds
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 pinch salt (I used less than an 1/8 teaspoon pink salt)
