- 1/4 cup sour cream ( , lite is okay; or Greek yogurt may be substituted)
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1/4 cup blueberries
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. salt (or to taste)
- 1 cup zucchini (coarsely grated, laid loosely in cup and not packed, don't wring out)
- 1 cup fresh blueberries (I haven't tried with frozen)

Excellent! Moist, great flavour. Very Easy. I did not have sour cream, so I substituted vanilla Greek yogurt.

Very tasty! I used bread flour instead of all purpose flour. Lots of berries, nice & moist.

Excellent; lower in calories, but taste great. I didn't even need any butter on it! Taste great too! Thanks for sharing
