Directions
- Place yogurt,one cup blueberries, maple syrup and lemon juice in KitchenAid® 3.5 Cup Food Chopper Work Bowl. Set to Chop and Pulse ingredients 8-10 times until blueberries are finally chopped but not pureed.
- Spoon alternating layers of yogurt mixture and fresh blueberries into four parfait glasses.
- Chef’s Tip:Garnish each parfait with lemon zest, vanilla wafer and a sprig of fresh mint.
