- 2 cups blueberries
- 1/2 cup whiskey (or bourbon)
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/3 cup coconut sugar (or brown)
- 1/4 cup blackstrap molasses
- 3 Tbsp. tomato paste
- 1/2 tsp. salt (or to taste)
- 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
- 1/4 tsp. ground allspice
- 1/4 tsp. ground coriander
- 1/4 cup barbecue sauce (Blueberry Whiskey)
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 4 yellow finn potatoes (or medium purple, cut into cubes)
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil (optional)
- 1/2 tsp. smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 lb. tempeh (cut into small squares, or you can use extra-firm or pressed tofu)
- 1/2 cup bbq sauce (Blueberry Whiskey)
