  • 1/4 cup blackstrap molasses

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon liquid smoke
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1/4 cup bbq sauce (Blueberry Whiskey, from recipe above)
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 yellow finn potatoes (or medium purple, cut into cubes)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 pound tempeh (cut into small squares, or you can use extra-firm or pressed tofu)
