- 8 oz. cream cheese (⅓ of the fat, softened)
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 2 cups milk (the higher the fat content you use, the creamier the ice cream)
- 1/3 cup crushed graham crackers
