I wasn't planning on making this tonight, but I ended up making it within an hour of finding the recipe. It's not often that I find a recipe that I already have all the ingredients for at home! I used Kraft American Cheese slices, Velveeta shredded cheese, and I added some Colby & Monterey Jack (Great Value) when I wanted it a little thicker. I think if I had a better blend of cheeses it would have been perfect! I still very much enjoyed it the way I made it though!!!!
