Blue berries are in at the Farmers Market and I bought two pints. This recipe calls for 2 cups and that is enough for this loaf. Nothing difficult about the recipe but I'm assuming it is because of the factoid list provided with the recipe..freezing the fruit before use, roll in flour so the berries do not sink to the bottom...stuff like that. It tastes ok. What really would have made it work for me is a crisp across the top of the loaf. Crunchy, sugary..lol. I had fun with it and the loaf is half gone.
