Quit hocking your sponsored products and post recipes that use normal off- the-shelf ingredients. If I had money to waste on proprietary steel cut oat-and-flax blends I wouldn't be making muffins for breakfast to begin with.

Excellent. I converted this recipe to a Gluten Free alternative by substituting All Purpose Gluten Free Flour (same amount) with the Regular Flour, Heavy Cream for the Buttermilk (same amount), omitting the baking soda (since I removed the Buttermilk), using double action Baking Powder (same as recipe calls for), and added 1 tsp of xanthum gum for Gluten Free Perfection !!!!
