Good use for discarded starter . The honey comes through very strongly and almost overpowers the blueberry

Sub-par, especially for something put out by King Arthur. I wanted another recipe to make with my discard, but this was disappointing. The muffins fell apart, and even my mellow starter (which normally makes amazing cakes and quick breads) managed to give them an unpleasant sourness.
