My brother-in-law loves pie, & this recipe did not disappoint. I used a vegan sour cream instead of traditional. Since vegan sour cream is thinner, I added a tablespoon of cornstarch to the filling & baked it for 5 minutes longer than the recipe calls for. I also used fresh blackberries instead of blueberries & added a 1/4 teaspoon of cloves to the filling. I used a 1/4 cup of cinnamon coconut sugar & a 1/4 cup of honey in the filling as well. I made a whole wheat crust & refrigerated the pie for several hours before slicing & serving. It was a hit with my family. Will definitely make this again! 👍
