    Yummy... I added a tablespoon of honey and 2 scoops of vital protein powder ... gave it 4/5 stars because it is really good but not WOW amazing

    Very good added flax and chia seeds used vanilla almond milk for flavor !
    Smoothie turned out very good, you can definitely taste the banana but not overpowering the entire smoothie, overall refreshing.

    Didn't have ice cubes but 1/2 cup of cold water was fine. Also added in some spinach cause why not

    great! I substituted 1/2 cup Greek yogurt and 1/4 cup water for the milk to give it a bit more protein. Great use of old bananas😊
